Great for bubs bottom and the environment!

Beaming Baby Nappies are not only good for my daughters bottom but I love that they are are over 60% biodegradable so they will not be sitting around in landfill in 100-400 years time!
I have not had any problems with leakage from the nappy and the gentle scent of aromatherapy oils helps to mask other unwanted smells! I would recommend these to others to try.

I was lucky enough to get to trial these wonderful eco friendly nappies as well as a bonus packet of wipes which I wasn't expecting but have worked together really well with these nappies. The parcel came very quickly in the post and was quite massive as there was a whole pack of 40 Midi 2 nappies to trial! Well, I haven't used that many yet, but have gone through a few of them and I have to say they are working very well on my little girl who is 5 months old. I haven't had any problems with leaks which I have had with some other brands. Because she is my first child I have been trying just about every brand out there to see what works for her because I have never done all this before. These nappies are a little more expansive then our current brand, but knowing that these are bio-degradable, gentle on my baby's skin and better for the environment and for baby, I wouldn't mind paying the little bit extra to have what is best for her and for the environment she will be growing up in. That is much more important to me. My daughter is about 6 1/2kg now so the Midi 2 size was perfect. They fitted perfectly around her middle and her little chubby legs. So overall a really great product and I especially love what it stands for and would definately be recommending it to my other mummy friends. :) Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to trial such a wonderful product that I have become quite passionate about. Well I am happy to report that Beaming Baby Biodegradable Nappies have passed the test.  My 8.5 month old daughter is a great sleeper so she was wearing the nappy for a good 12 hours overnight and without any leakage or irritation.  The slight scent of aromotherapy oils really is amazing at masking the urine smell I normally notice with some of the leading brands after a full nights sleep.

I have also been using the Beaming Baby Organic Wipes and am happy with them too.  They have a nice scent to them that is not overpowering as some other brands I have used.  It is great that they are flushable as I can use them with my older daughter who is toilet trained but doesn't always clean herself properly.  The wipes are thinner than some other brands I have used so for number two's I recommend using two wipes to ensure an easy clean up but otherwise they are great and really should be paired up to go alongside the nappies. 

I guess I should point out that these bio-degradable nappy products do work out more expensive than other non-biodegradable nappies/wipes but if you can afford to spend a little bit more, your bubs bottom and the environment will be most thankful.  I knew it took a long time for nappies to break down but I was amazed that these Beaming Baby biodegradable nappies take just 4 years compared to up to 400 years for a standard nappy to decompose - wow what a difference! The wipes are 100% bio-degradable so they take even less time to break down.

Well, we've used ours for a few days now and its been good so far, no problems, which means its working as well as the other top brands that I use. I am using these nappies on both a 1yo and 2.5yo.

The big test is always the overnight use, and they did not leak at all which is great. Except for one thing, my son the older one who tends to produce a wetter nappy overnight, when I took the nappy off the first morning his bum was quite wet but this morning was actually fine but he didnt have such a wet nappy. So it seems as though the nappy just cant withstand a HUGE amount of wee, which I think is fine still.

But it still didnt leak at all yet!

And with baby poo's it hasnt leaked either.

The pack says its fragranced lightly with ylang ylang, which I kind of get a hint of which is nice.

My daughter had a bit of nappy rash that I was busy trying to get rid of when I started with the nappies, so I thought I'd test it without using any creams and see if the organic wipes (with aloe vera) would make a bit of a difference. And it has, the rash is gone, perhaps its the use of both the nappy (with cornstarch fibres, which I've heard is better for the bum) and the aloe vera wipes.

I am happy with the nappies, and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Clothing reviews

I ordered a number of baby clothes for my nephew only a few days before Christmas 2011. It was a "fingers crossed, hope they make it in time" moment for me as I had no time to shop, and nothing else up my sleeve! Thankfully, due to the kind, caring, professional nature of the staff, the clothes arrived in time, and the staff were always in close contact with me to make sure everything would be well.

I found the clothes of top quality, the colours easy to mix "n" match. The prices were great. I was well pleased and relieved.

I will definately recommend this shop to my friends. If this company also sold toys I would have purchased also!!  THANKYOU!!

Got the shorts during the week (wow, the postage and customer service was super-fast- the day after I got the email from Mums Say telling me I'd get the shorts, I got an email from Kids Eco Style telling me the same, then regular updates on the delivery status!) and the first thing my son (4y.o) said when I took it out of the packet was 'Wow, Rainbow!' I was a bit worried, I thought they looked a bit like pyjama pants. They were really soft as well. However, once my son was wearing them, I was suprisingly impressed! My usually trackie-daggy looking boy (hehe, like his mum!) looked cool!

My son's very active and the shorts held up really well during his acrobatics- they're soooo soft and moves easily with his actions, ie they stretched and were flexible, but returned very quickly to their original state. He didn't have any of his regular 'crotch-tuggings' which sometimes occur with his other pants either (take note, Pumpkin Patch!). The shorts wash really well in the cold wash with no colour running and dried relatively quickly and easily in the miserable weather we've been having recently. The longer length was also perfect for wetter weather we've been having recently, but the shorts were loose enough that it'll be quite comfortable in the heat of summer as well. The pockets were a bit shallow though. However the length was perfect, mid-calf length, they provided enough cover that knees wouldn't get scraped, but short enough that my son wouldn't get overheated whilst playing!

Overall, I was really impressed with these shorts, they look much better on the children than they appear by themselves, they're super comfortable and they're of a very high quality. A great product for the ethically-minded parent (or those looking for a more stylish look for their kids!)

I also received the shorts, and how fantastic are they?! They arrived in the post very promptly and my 15 month old son looks adorable in them. I have only washed the product once, but it seems that they wash well. Not only that, the fabric they are made from (organic cotton) is nice and soft and the shorts are really well made. One thing that I noticed was that being made from striped fabric, the stripes MATCHED!!! Brilliant!

Received the dress during the week. My daughter loved it! It was easy to wash and iron. The fabric so soft and it fits my daughter well. She is wearing it today and has been wanting to wear it since it arrived. It is certainly a product I would recommend to others!
