Returns and Exchanges

We believe you will love the products you purchase through Kids Eco Style, but if you need to exchange or a return an items we will be happy to assist. We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, so please find below our returns policy. 

Proof of Purchase

Returns can be completed online. Please login in to your account and follow the appropriate links. If you chose to complete your purchase as a guest, then please provide your emailed receipt as proof of purchase. 

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Kids Eco Style will be pleased to offer you a credit note, refund or exchange provided that:

  • you have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and
  • the item is in resaleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
Please note that there will be no refund on any postage charges incurred. 

Sale items

Please choose carefully on sale items as we do not offer a refund, exchange or credit note unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law. 

Return procedure 

To return a product please complete the returns process online or email us at info@kidsecostyle.com.au. Then post the product back to Kids Eco Style PO Box 3015 Marrickville Metro 2204 NSW. Kids Eco Style will not be liable for the cost of returns postage, this cost is incurred by the customer.   

Payment Method

We will refund using your original payment method. 

Faulty/Defective Item

If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty or defective, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. We will, at all times, honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
